As you may have guessed from our name PSDFAN will be providing Photoshop tutorials. However, we want to stress that this won’t simply be ‘just another tutorial website’. Here’s why not:

- We will be posting some of the highest quality tutorials you’re likely to find.

- We will be updating very regularly. Realistically we’ll start with updating every 1-2 days.

- Our tutorials will be unique, easy-to-understand and of course visually stunning!

Freebies

However, as well as great tutorials we’ll be providing the best design freebies! As designers ourselves we know the kind of stuff that designers find useful. We’ll be giving away free graphics, stock photos, icons, you name it… and all with YOU the designer in mind.

Interviews

Finally, we’ll be posting some fantastic interviews with top people within the design community. I know how boring some tutorials can be – and ours won’t be anything like that! We’re going to be taking you behind the scenes, giving you real insight to how great designers work. Watch this space.

Who are we?

You may be asking yourself who the people are behind this venture.

My name is Tom Ross. I’ve been a web designer for 8 years now – you can check out my portfolio if you’re interested. As a designer I’ve learnt a lot over the years, and feel ready to share some of my knowledge, as well as learning from my visitors. I’ll be the guy posting tutorials here for the near future, and I’m really keen to get a good community of design-addicts going!

The other guy behind this venture is Karl. He won’t be posting tutorials on this website, but he did help develop it. I’ll post more about this soon, but Karl and I are planning on growing PSDFAN to a family of design-orientated websites very soon.
